About the Opportunity:

Immersive Radical Digimedia LLP (IRDM) is expanding its creative talent network and is inviting freelance graphic designers to collaborate on a project basis with opportunities to transition into monthly retainers, based on output quality, consistency, and alignment with brand requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for freelance creatives who:

- Understand design briefs and can independently deliver visually engaging assets.
- Align design work with marketing goals, brand guidelines, and performance outcomes.
- Demonstrate consistency, responsiveness, and respect for client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Freelancers may be assigned tasks such as:

  • Designing social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Creating ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns.

  • Designing website banners and landing page graphics.

  • Creating PDF lead magnets, brochures, flyers, and print-ready designs.

  • Delivering vector logos, illustrations, and brand assets.

  • Submitting source files in editable format and maintaining file organization.

  • Coordinating with internal teams and clients for timely feedback and revisions.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Clear understanding of design fundamentals — layout, color, typography.

  • Proven experience with social media creatives and digital ads.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus):

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Communication & Collaboration:
  • Must be available during Indian working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).

  • Not required to join daily sync-ups, but must be reachable for review calls.

  • Must respect deadlines and respond promptly via email/WhatsApp/Google Meet.

Portfolio & Evaluation:
  • Portfolio submission is mandatory. Include links to Behance, Google Drive, or any public folders. Applications without original work samples will not be considered.

  • Assignment will be required if prior experience is limited. Candidates with strong portfolios may be exempted but will still be evaluated based on relevance.

  • Testimonials or references from previous clients will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Payment Terms:
  • Initial engagement will be project-based, with clear deliverables and timelines.

  • Based on performance, we may offer a monthly retainer agreement.

  • If you have a rate card, please attach it with your application.

  • Payments will be released post-approval of submitted work per assignment terms.

Confidentiality & Agreements:
  • If selected to proceed further, the freelancer will be required to sign:

  • A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the privacy of clients and any proprietary material created.

  • A Service Agreement outlining expectations, delivery timelines, payment terms, and scope of work.

What We Don’t Entertain:
  • Submission of plagiarized or AI-generated work without proper design intervention.

  • Portfolio entries that are not originally created by the applicant.

  • Delayed responses or unprofessional communication during active projects.
