Who can Apply:

Experienced Recruiters:

  • Good English speaking and writing skills.

  • Willing to make regular calls and maintain structured records.

  • Comfortable following clear instructions and daily workflows.

  • Experience hiring in digital marketing or IT roles preferred.

  • Comfortable working with hiring targets and sourcing channels.

  • Familiarity with scripts and/or independent candidate screening.

Fresher Recruiters:

  • Good English speaking and writing skills.

  • Willing to make regular calls and maintain structured records.

  • Open to learning recruitment tools and processes.

  • Comfortable following clear instructions and daily workflows.

We are hiring Recruiters who will play a key role in helping us grow our team across digital marketing and creative role

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate / Graduate or Diploma education level

  • Excellent English communication skills – written & verbal

  • Must be willing to work from office 6 days a week

  • Must be diligent and consistent

  • Comfortable documenting work and preparing progress reports for internal and client use

  • Has patience to communicate with candidates, internal recruiting managers professionally and clearly

  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Enjoys working within structured systems while contributing ideas and feedback

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Shortlist candidates who have applied through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) based on their skills, experience, and certifications.

  • Call shortlisted candidates daily to assess their fit for open roles.

  • Maintain a high volume of daily calls (40–60+ calls), as conversion rates to final interviews are typically low.

  • Post jobs regularly on job boards, WhatsApp/Facebook groups, and other platforms to attract new applicants.

  • Keep a tracker (Excel or Google Sheet) updated with candidate details and their stage in the hiring process.

  • Follow up with candidates who are pending submissions or interview confirmations.

  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the recruitment funnel and progress.
