Comfortable working with hiring targets and sourcing channels.
Familiarity with scripts and/or independent candidate screening.
Fresher Recruiters:

Open to learning recruitment tools and processes.
Comfortable following clear instructions and daily workflows.

Job Requirements
Undergraduate / Graduate or Diploma education level
Excellent English communication skills – written & verbal
Must be willing to work from office 6 days a week
Must be diligent and consistent
Comfortable documenting work and preparing progress reports for internal and client use
Has patience to communicate with candidates, internal recruiting managers professionally and clearly
Positive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
Enjoys working within structured systems while contributing ideas and feedback
Roles and Responsibilities:
Shortlist candidates who have applied through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) based on their skills, experience, and certifications.
Call shortlisted candidates daily to assess their fit for open roles.
Maintain a high volume of daily calls (40–60+ calls), as conversion rates to final interviews are typically low.
Post jobs regularly on job boards, WhatsApp/Facebook groups, and other platforms to attract new applicants.
Keep a tracker (Excel or Google Sheet) updated with candidate details and their stage in the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates who are pending submissions or interview confirmations.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the recruitment funnel and progress.
