We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Executive with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and digital strategy while working on real client projects in the Salon & Wellness Industry. The ideal candidate should be process-oriented, data-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced team environment .This Role needs to be filled on site only

Who can Apply:

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals – especially performance-based campaigns

  • Comfortable working with teams across departments (design, web, content)

  • Comfortable interacting with customers for coordinating campaign requirements and communicating results

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client projects

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing agency environment

  • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experienced in running RSA, Demand Gen campaigns with long running campaigns that have generated measurable results and RoI

  • Possess practical knowledge on how to conduct Paid campaign & Organic Keyword research for a business website including the ability to segment them on basis on sales funnel stages

  • Practical experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaign setup and execution

  • Exposure to integrating campaigns with CRM systems to track conversions, attribution and funnel optimisation

  • Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting

  • Ability to track conversions via Google Analytics, Tag Manager and interpret performance insights

  • Ability to optimize campaigns based on budget, keyword competition, and audience behavior

  • Experience in creating and presenting campaign reports using Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager / Google Analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Experience in Digital Marketing Agency with Small Business, Retail Store, B2C Industry exposure

  • Demonstrated ability to handle client campaigns independently

  • Exposure to lead generation or sales-focused campaign objectives

Bonus Skills :

  • Using AI to automate competitor research, Ad Creative & Copy Research and reporting

  • Experience in client-facing communication, including call/email reporting and feedback

  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Facebook Conversion API setup

  • Familiarity with A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, or audience segments

  • Understanding of funnel-based campaign structures (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)

  • Third-party digital marketing certifications (e.g., from Coursera, Udemy, or LinkedIn Learning)

  • Knowledge of lead magnets, email capture flows, or landing page best practices

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Create, Manage & Optimise Profitable Lead generation campaigns for clients

  • Ability to handle multiple (5-10) Client campaigns simultaneously

  • Research on Ad creative ideas using manual methods / AI-based tools based on Marketing Angles/hooks

  • Coordinate with design team to ensure creatives are ads, landing pages or other marketing initiatives are on schedule

  • Coordinate with digital marketing & web development team by implementing the given tasks and also ask relevant questions as and when clarifications & inputs are required

  • Use internal checklists to ensure proper tracking setup, conversion goals, and ad hygiene

  • Coordinate with design and web development teams for landing page assets and creative approvals

  • Support the Paid Campaign Strategist in executing Google Ads & Meta Ads as per SOPs

  • Attend daily standup calls to discuss, update project status and progress.Clearly and constructively communicate with the Project Manager / Coordinator if you get stuck or need help with something.

  • Collaborate with the team constructively and communicate clearly when stuck

  • Create and update weekly and monthly campaign reports using Ads Manager and Analytics

  • Help maintain social media content calendars for ad promotions

  • Coordinate with clients to gather inputs on offers, budgets, creatives, and timelines
