We are hiring Freshly qualified Graduates Final year students can also apply) for the role of Marketing Campaign Assistant (Digital) to support digital marketing campaign execution for our growing client base. The candidate will follow detailed & structured processes to help businesses set up and manage their online presence. This includes assisting with website setup, managing business listings, coordinating advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, WhatsApp etc., and tracking performance of these digital campaigns for our customers. If you are detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and enjoy learning about advertising, marketing and technology blended with cutting edge AI; this role is for you! No prior experience in any of the above fields is required—just a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Job Requirements

  • Education level : Graduate Or Technical Diploma education level

  • Strong verbal and written English Communication skills to handle client & internal team coordination

  • Consistent academic record

  • Has taken a skill development program related to Technology|Computer-Software

  • Must be willing to work from office 6 days a week

  • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy

  • Must be diligent and consistent

  • Documenting work done and creating reports for clients on the progress of the work

  • Able to follow specific directions every week via our checklists and other instructional media to ensure he/she follows the best practises

  • Has patience to communicate with clients on progress of work and other updates on the project

  • Should possess a positive,  solution-oriented attitude with time management skills to manage multiple projects

  • A willingness to watch tutorials and read manuals to master software & marketing tools including CRM, Advertising platforms etc.

  • Enjoys working within our process while also contributing ideas, constructive feedback, and positive energy to the larger team.

Additional Skills that would be an added advantage :

  • Using CRM software, AI Tools for Research

  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients for digital marketing services.

  • Follow a structured checklist to set up business profiles, webpages, and social media accounts.

  • Assist in setting up, testing, and launching marketing campaigns across digital channels.

  • Manage incoming leads for clients via CRM to monitor lead volume & quality.

  • Manage social media content publishing for brand awareness & lead generation.

  • Use marketing automation workflows within CRM for Lead generation for client campaigns.

  • Provide simple walkthroughs or support to help clients understand how to access reports and use our Technology platform.

  • Use Analytics tools to track and monitor results from campaigns.

  •  Support the team by coordinating with clients for marketing materials & assets required for  campaigns.

  • Maintain daily and weekly work review reports, and attend team Calls and online meetings.

Growth Path:

Trainees who complete the 3-6month training successfully and demonstrate consistency, communication skills, and ownership may be considered for the role of: Marketing Operations Specialist with the option to choosing a Hybrid work environment.
