Primary Objective:

The Junior HTML Developer will support the front-end development team by writing clean, well-structured HTML and CSS code to help build responsive websites, landing pages, and email templates. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of web technologies who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to live projects. The developer will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure the visual and functional aspects of all digital interfaces are executed as per requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

  • Ability to build responsive layouts using Flexbox, Grid, and media queries

  • Experience with WordPress for content updates and basic customization is a plus.

  • Familiarity with form handling, semantic HTML, and basic SEO practices

  • Basic understanding of page speed optimization tools and techniques

  • Exposure to Figma-to-code conversion.

  • Exposure to CRM tools or drag-and-drop builders (e.g., GoHighLevel) is a plus.

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

  • Good communication, teamwork, and documentation habits

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Build reusable layout components such as headers, footers, and content sections

  • Convert Figma or design mockups into functional, pixel-perfect web pages

  • Style elements using CSS classes, IDs, selectors, and apply layout positioning (Flexbox, Grid, absolute, etc.)

  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility with responsive layouts

  • Implement media queries for mobile responsiveness

  • Create and manage forms, inputs, buttons, and ensure semantic HTML usage

  • Identify and fix UI bugs with support from senior developers

  • Add SEO best practices including meta tags, alt attributes, and proper heading structure

  • Optimize page speed and performance using clean code and tools like WP Rocket

  • Assist in creating and updating content within CMS platforms

  • Perform theme and plugin updates, and basic customization using HTML/CSS

  • Build and customize landing pages using drag-and-drop builders

  • Embed lead capture forms and booking calendars into landing pages

  • Set up form triggers and support the creation of automation workflows (email/SMS)

  • Maintain clear project documentation and follow team best practices
