Primary Objective:

To execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for beauty salons and automobile dealerships, ensuring consistent lead generation, improved local search visibility, and effective campaign performance reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge about Campaign setup, Drafting Ad copies for Google / Facebook Ads

  • Should be able to demonstrate practical experience of running and managing campaigns using Google Ad / Facebook Ad platforms

  • Should be able to demonstrate proficiency with using Google Analytics to track ad conversion tracking

  • Proficient at optimising campaigns based on budget, keyword competitiveness & Ad campaign goals

  • Should be able to demonstrate ability to handle paid digital marketing campaigns and showcase measurable results including qualified leads and sales for customer campaigns

  • Knowledge of creating Ad campaign reports from Data generated in analytics & Google Ads/Facebook Business Manager

  • Able to follow specific directions every week via our checklists and other instructional media to ensure he/she follows the best practises

  • Must be diligent and consistent

  • Has empathy to users and customer-focused...

  • Has good English communication skills.

  • Should possess a positive, solution-oriented attitude with time management skills to manage multiple projects

  • Enjoys working within our process while also contributing ideas, constructive feedback, and positive energy to the larger team.

Additional Skills that would be ideal, but not mandatory

  • Possess third-party Digital Marketing training certifications are a PLUS (other than those provided by Google / Facebook)

  • Knowledge of campaign & ad performance testing using A/B testing methodologies

  • Knowledge of Sales Funnel-based campaign planning and execution

Roles and Responsibilities:

Google Business Profile Optimization:


Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for salons and automobile dealerships by:

  • Ensuring accuracy of business information (name, address, phone number, and website).

  • Regularly updating photos, services, and special offers.

  • Adding and responding to customer reviews to boost engagement and rankings.

  • Implementing localized SEO strategies to improve Google Local Maps visibility.
    Track GBP insights monthly to assess and report on visibility improvements.

Google Ad Campaigns:

  • Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns for new customer acquisition.

  • Develop re-marketing campaigns targeting past website visitors and existing customers.

  • Perform keyword research and bid management to optimize campaign performance.

  • Monitor key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rate) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Generate detailed performance reports, identifying trends and actionable insights.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ad Campaigns:

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns tailored to salons and dealerships.

  • Set up re-marketing ads targeting engaged audiences, such as website visitors or social media followers.

  • Test and optimize ad creatives, formats, and targeting options for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling ad creatives.

Lead Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track leads generated from both organic and paid campaigns using Gohighlevel CRM.

  • Set up re-marketing ads targeting engaged audiences, such as website visitors or social media followers.

  • Test and optimize ad creatives, formats, and targeting options for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling ad creatives.
