We are hiring Brand Promotion Coordinators to support digital marketing execution for clients in the beauty salon and automobile dealership space. As a Brand Promotion Coordinator, you will follow step-by-step instructions and structured processes to help businesses set up and manage their online presence. This includes assisting with website setup, managing business listings, coordinating advertising campaigns, and tracking customer inquiries. If you are detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and enjoy working with structured workflows, this role is for you! No prior experience in digital marketing is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate / Graduate or Technical Diploma education level

  • Excellent English communication skills – written & verbal

  • Consistent academic record

  • Desirable to have a consistent extra-curricular activity record – Sports or Hobbies

  • Has completed a skill development program related to Technology or Computer-Software

  • Must be willing to work from office 6 days a week

  • Must be diligent and consistent

  • Ability to follow specific directions weekly via our checklists and SOPs

  • Comfortable documenting work and preparing progress reports for internal and client use

  • Has patience to communicate with clients professionally and clearly

  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Enjoys working within structured systems while contributing ideas and feedback

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Digital Marketing industry awareness

  • Content writing interest or experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Online Presence Setup & Coordination:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients by collecting key business information and account credentials.

  • Follow a structured checklist to set up business profiles, webpages, and social media accounts.

  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure banners, landing pages, and client information are
    updated accurately.

Advertisement & Promotion Support:

  • Coordinate with clients to collect images, offers, prices, and promotional content required for ad campaigns.

  • Use pre-defined ad copy templates and make simple edits as needed in coordination with the digital marketing team.

  • Support in setting up paid ad campaigns by following a checklist-based process.

  • Track campaign performance and compile weekly and monthly reports for internal use and client updates.

Social Media Content Management:

  • Use a pre-approved content calendar to schedule social media posts across platforms.

  • Coordinate with the design team and internal stakeholders to get social media creatives created and approved.

  • Ensure all promotions and offers are updated and published consistently on Facebook, Instagram,
    and Google Business Profile.

Client Support & Coordination:

  • Participate in weekly or monthly client check-in calls to update on project progress.

  • Provide simple walkthroughs or support to help clients understand how to access reports and use
    CRM features.

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure all client tasks are progressing on time.

  • Maintain daily and weekly work review reports, and attend team sync-ups at 10:00 AM IST (Mon–Sat).
